Ring Out the Old

Should auld acquaintance be forgot

and never brought to mind?

Should auld acquaintance be forgot

and days of auld lang syne.

For auld lang syne, our friends,

for auld lang syne,

we'll take a cup of kindness yet

for auld lang syne.

Should auld acquaintance be forgot

and never brought to mind?

Should auld acquaintance be forgot

and days of auld lang syne.

And here's a hand, our trusty friends

and give us hands o' thine,

We'll take a cup of kindness yet

fooooooor auuuuuuuulllllld laaaaaaaaaaaaang syne.

For everyone who journals, we wish for you peace and contentment, wherever you may go and whatever you may do. May the New year bring you fulfillment.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Thank you for sharing the words.  I never do get them quite right.  Do you know what auld lang syne means?  I have always wondered.  Hugs,
Lisa

HAPPY NEW YEAR BON & MAL!

WOO-HOO  we made it through another year!

I wish you so much joy and happiness this year. The kind that makes you want to dance in the moonlight and bask in the morning sun until every cell in your bodies are filled with laughter, love and peace; the same kind that you so willingly give to others.

I wish you an ample supply of bourbon, warm ocean breezes and Great Painting Capers that will keep us all laughing day and night.

But most of all, I wish you a year filled with excellent health and fun!

Love and hugs,

T
