Points of Light

We're going to echo Lori over at Purple Snapdragons. There used to be, back in the late '50s and '60s, a Bishop from Rochester named Fulton J. Sheen who broadcast  a religious program from a local studio. He signed off every show with "If everyone lit just one little candle, what a bright world this would be."

Light your own candle today.

Peace to all.

Oh my goodness, I haven't thought of Bishop Sheen in a long time.  I used to listen to him once in a while.  He had words of wisdom.  Pennie

Absolutely.  My candle is coaching my cheer team and keeping my cleaning crews busy and being a good mommy and wife, the best I can be.  And writing, writing,
writing... touching all I come into contact with a smile whenver possible, a kind word, love and compassion, prayers.  Hugs,
Lisa
